Mutation details: The transgene consists of an N-terminally truncated mouse phosducin-like cDNA that begins with the 84th codon, which is an ATG, containing a C-terminal FLAG tag under the control of the mouse 4.4 kb rhodopsin promotor. This truncation produces a dominant-negative mutant that suppresses Tcp1 activity. The pound symbol (#) is used when line is not specified and/or lines are pooled.
