Mutation details: The full-length human DPP4 cDNA with an N-terminal Flag tag is under the control of the thymidine kinase promoter. Four lines were established: 2, 10, 17 and 27. This is the highest expressing line with high fertility. Western blot analysis confirmed expression in brain, liver, lung, and intestine.
