description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsKOMP targeting vector PG00139_Y_4_H08 was used to target the locus. This vector introduces an FRT site, LacZ cassette, loxP site, neomycin resistance gene cassette, a second FRT site and a second loxP site into intron 8, and a third loxP site into intron 11. The lacZ and neo cassettes were removed through subsequent flp-mediated recombination, leaving a conditional-ready allele with exons 9-11 floxed. (J:294338)
