• Mutation details: By homologous recombination in ES cells, cre-SV40 expression cassette and the PGK promoter (PGK) followed by a neomycin-resistant gene (Neo) flanked by FRT was inserted at the ATG site of exon 1 of Nox3 on chromosome 17. The founder mice were crossed with CAG-FLP mice to remove the Neo cassette. This is a null allele. (J:306032)
