• Mutation details: The CreERT2 cDNA followed by a rabbit beta-globin polyadenylation (polyA) signal was inserted into the mouse Galnt18 locus in a BAC clone (#RP23-199G5) using homologous recombination in Escherichia coli replacing the ATG codon plus 28 bp of the coding sequence in the Slc32a1 gene. Nine independent lines were generated. Line 10 was used in the study and maintained. (J:257167)
