Tg(Postn-icre/ERT2)#Wet expression driven by 1 gene

Mutation detailsA cassette consisting of the CreERT2 cDNA followed by a polyadenylation signal from bovine growth hormone was introduced after the start codon of the mouse Postn gene carried by BAC RP23-480C1 using Red E/T-mediated recombination. After homologous recombination and Flp-mediated excision of the ampicillin cassette, the construct was injected into oocytes of C57/BL6 mice. Five founder lines were generated and characterized. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:254071)
