• at E14.5, 16.5 and E18.5 a 30%, 35%, and 73% reduction, respectively, in gonadotropin releasing hormone-positive neurons is seen, however initial proliferation of these neurons is normal
• an almost complete absence of the projecting axons of these neurons in the median eminence is also seen
decreased neuron number ( J:93303 )
