• upon adoptive transfer of IRBP1-20-specific T cells from wild-type B6 donors to wild-type and Ltbr4-deficient recipients, wild-type mice develop chronic and severe uveitis, whereas mutant recipients show only mild and transient clinical disease
• adoptive transfer of IRBP1-20-specific Ltbr4-deficient mice to B6 recipients results in moderate uveitis, while transfer to Ltbr4-deficient recipients do not develop disease
