• 9, 12, and 18 month old mice exhibit increased hearing threshold compared to wild-type mice
• however, no differences in hearing levels are seen at 1, 3, and 6 months of age by click-evoked ABR

• hearing loss at 9, 12, and 18 months of age

nervous system
