endocrine/exocrine glands
• sebaceous gland hyperplasia becomes apparent around P29

integument
• sebaceous gland hyperplasia becomes apparent around P29
• develop alopecia at 3-10 months of age
• sparse hair coat early after birth
• loss of hair follicles
• precocious entry into the catagen phase of the first hair growth cycle and subsequent irregular hair follicle phasing, such that at P49, catagen hair follicles are predominant instead of telogen

• die at 10 months of age

endocrine/exocrine glands
• sebaceous gland hyperplasia
• most pronounced in dorsal and tail skin

homeostasis/metabolism
• increased prostaglandin levels

integument
• sebaceous gland hyperplasia
• most pronounced in dorsal and tail skin
• at 7 weeks of age fur appeared sparse, greasy, and coarse
• hair phenotype most severe on the back
