endocrine/exocrine glands
• 50% of females, but no males, develop mammary tumors after 5-10 months of age
• tumors are poorly differentiated typical adenocarcinomas, classified as Dunns type B adenocarcinoma
• 100% of males exhibit seminal vesicle and epididymis enlargement; the seminal vesicles are either enlarged or of a reddish color and indurated and show focal papillary hyperplasia and hypertrophy of the epithelium

hematopoietic system
• 100% of females, but not males, exhibit splenomegaly
• red pulp is hypercellular and composed of immature elements of several lineages

immune system
• 100% of females, but not males, exhibit splenomegaly
• red pulp is hypercellular and composed of immature elements of several lineages

reproductive system
• 100% of males exhibit seminal vesicle and epididymis enlargement; the seminal vesicles are either enlarged or of a reddish color and indurated and show focal papillary hyperplasia and hypertrophy of the epithelium
• 100% of males exhibit seminal vesicle and epididymis enlargement; the lumen of the epididymis is often extremely dilated and focal areas of papillary epithelial hyperplasia are seen
• males are fertile in the first 2 months of age, but most become sterile by 3-4 months

neoplasm
• 50% of females, but no males, develop mammary tumors after 5-10 months of age
• tumors are poorly differentiated typical adenocarcinomas, classified as Dunns type B adenocarcinoma

integument
• 50% of females, but no males, develop mammary tumors after 5-10 months of age
• tumors are poorly differentiated typical adenocarcinomas, classified as Dunns type B adenocarcinoma

growth/size/body
• 100% of females, but not males, exhibit splenomegaly
