abnormal brain vasculature morphology ( J:185401 )

• the complexity of the network formed is reduced in E10.5 hindbrains with shorter vessels, incompletely formed interconnections and fewer branching points

• however, by E11.5 these differences are no longer apparent

abnormal angiogenesis ( J:185401 )

• slight delay in vascularization seen at E10.5 but no longer detected at E11.5
