• mice show a weaker response (temperature drop) in a model of anaphlaxis (injections of IgE every 12 hours for 36 hours, then antigenic challenge)
• Il-6 production in stimulated BMMCs is reduced compared to Ms4a2-heterozygous transgenic mice
