• no differences in insulin autoantibody responses are observed compared to NOD controls at 5, 10, 20, or 30 weeks
• diabetes incidence in mice is 33% by 30 weeks of age, compared to 70% in NOD controls; mice display 25% incidence of diabetes by 19 weeks of age, compared to the same incidence by 12.2 weeks in NOD controls
