• bone marrow-derived mast cells produce less IL-4 and IL-13 but not IL-3 or IL-6 in response to Iono compared to wild-type mice
• polymorphonuclear cells produce less IL-4 and IL-13 in response to Iono than wild-type cells and 200 times less IL-4 than bone marrow-derived mast cells
• bone marrow-derived mast cells produce less IL-4 and IL-13 but not IL-3 or IL-6 in response to Iono compared to wild-type mice
• polymorphonuclear cells produce less IL-4 and IL-13 in response to Iono than wild-type cells and 200 times less IL-4 than bone marrow-derived mast cells
• however, basophils from the bone marrow produce normal amounts of cytokines in response to IL3
