• natural killer and natural killer T cell development are normal
• in vitro, natural killer (NK) cells are more efficient at killing YAC-1 cells and produce more IFN-gamma when stimulated with anti-Nk1.1 or Ly49D compared to wild-type NK cells
• stimulated natural killer (NK) T cell produce less IFN-gamma and IL-4 (following CD3 cross-linking or exposure to alpha-GalCer) than stimulated wild-type NK T cells
• when stimulated in vitro with anti-Nk1.1 or Ly49D, natural killer (NK) cells produce more IFN-gamma positive cells than when wild-type NK cells are used
• stimulated natural killer (NK) T cell produce less IFN-gamma than stimulated wild-type NK T cells
• stimulated natural killer (NK) T cell produce less IL-4 than stimulated wild-type NK T cells

• natural killer and natural killer T cell development are normal
• natural killer (NK) cells are more efficient at killing EL-4 lymphoma target and BaF/3-Rae1gamma cells than wild-type NK cells
• IFN-gamma production is increased following co-culture with YAC-1 cells

immune system
• natural killer (NK) cells are less efficient at killing EL-4 lymphoma target cells than wild-type NK cells and fail to kill BaF/3-Rae1gamma cells
• alpha-GalCer-stimulated IFN-gamma secretion form spleen natural killer T cells is absent despite the presence of the cells
• however, natural killer cells co-cultured with YAC-1 cells produce normal levels of IFN-gamma

• natural killer (NK) cells are less efficient at killing EL-4 lymphoma target cells than wild-type NK cells and fail to kill BaF/3-Rae1gamma cells
