• mean IgA levels in serum of nave mice is reduced by more than 75% compared to controls
• serum levels of antigen-specific IgG1 is increased after immunization with OVA + adjuvant
• mice in a collagen-induced arthritis model have lower levels of collagen-specific antibodies in circulation than in controls
• increased IFN-gamma production is observed in naive splenocytes stimulated with anti-CD3
