• CD4+ T cells are decreased in the thymus as early as in neonates but mildly in the periphery compared to in wild-type mice
• CD4+ T cells are decreased in the spleen and lymph nodes compared to in wild-type mice
• CD8+ T cells are decreased in the thymus as early as in neonates but mildly in the periphery compared to in wild-type mice
