• 9 days after immunization with a T cell dependent antigen, 4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenyl acetyl(NP) -OVA, mice have reduced numbers of B220+ IgDlo Fashi GL-7+ germinal center B cells
• 7-9 days after immunization, there is a decrease in CD4+ T cells expressing Tfh cell markers
• fewer 4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenyl acetyl(NP)-OVA specific antibody secreting cells in the bone marrow 30 days postimmunization
• 9 days after immunization with a T cell dependent antigen, 4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenyl acetyl(NP) -OVA, mice have fewer germinal center structures that are also reduced in size
