• however, PMNs exhibit normal migration, adhesion, phagocytosis of S. aureus, secretion of primary granule contents, and nonadherent respiratory burst
• bone marrow-derived macrophages exhibit decreased adhesion-dependent secretion of IL1 compared with wild-type cells
