hematopoietic system
• unlike control cells which when stimulated with LPS and IL-4 decreased IgM production and began IgG1, and IgE production, these cells continue to produce IgM
• when spenocytes are cultured under Th2 polarization conditions QPCR of Gata3 and Il4 show defects in polarization
