• following a first injection of low dose D-amphetamine mice spent less time in slow versus fast locomotion and exhibited an increase in distance travelled as compared to wild-type
• 20 minutes after injection with high dose D-amphetamine transgenic mice exhibit severe and confined stereotypic behaviors such as floor/wall sniffing
