• adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) infected with a cre expressing adenovirus and exposed to an adipogenic hormone cocktail accumulate fewer lipids and show attenuated expression of adipocyte markers and enhanced expression of smooth muscle cell markers
• differentiation of ADSCs, infected with a cre expressing adenovirus and treated with TGFB, into smooth muscle cells is enhanced
