• expansion of Hcn4 expression OFF bipolar cells into the entire OFF region (sublamina 1 and 2) of the inner plexiform layer
• decrease in light adapted a wave amplitude
• however, light adapted OFF visual signaling responses are intact
• decrease in dark adapted a and b wave amplitude
