cardiovascular system
• mice show ECG anomalies indicative of decreased heart rate, with age-related variation seen during the first 30 days of life, particularly between day 20 and 30, but remain stable between 1 month and 1 year of age, except for the P wave duration and slight increase in intrinsic sinus period
• QT interval prolongation, although to a lesser extent than in transgenic line H02
• the rapid component of the T wave is drastically prolonged
• sinus node dysfunction as indicated by a longer intrinsic sinus period under autonomic nervous system blockade and an increase in minimum sinus period under isoproterenol infusion
• longer P wave duration than wild-type mice or transgenic line H05, but not as long as in transgenic line H02
