N normal phenotype
neoplasm
• leukemia tumor development penetrance is 87%
• mice intraperitonally injected with MMLV show accelerated pre-B-cell leukemia formation compared to controls
• 40% of mice develop B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
• however, mice do not develop T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, myeloid leukemia, or mixed B-cell/myeloid leukemia
• B-cell leukemia development is accelerated compared to single Tg(Tcrb-TCF3/PBX1)23Gusa transgenic mice
• B-cell tumors are B220+/CD43-/CD19+/IgM-/Pax5+, indicating a pre-B-cell phenotype, and contain IgH chain rearrangements, mostly of the kappa light chain

endocrine/exocrine glands
• young mice show a 2- to 4-fold decrease in the number of thymocytes

neoplasm
• mice begin to develop leukemia at 3-4 months of age
• tumor development penetrance is 88%
• 4% of mice develop mixed B-cell/myeloid leukemia
• 4% of mice develop myeloid leukemia
• mice that die before 400 days of age almost all develop T-cell leukemia, while those that die at an older age develop either B-cell leukemia, myeloid leukemia, a mixed B-cell/myeloid leukemia or T-cell/myeloid leukemia
• mice show a lag period of almost 100 days between the last mouse to succumb to T-cell leukemia and the onset of B-cell or B-cell/myeloid leukemia
• 13% of mice develop B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
• 33% of mice develop T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
• B-cell leukemia expresses B220 and lacks expression of surface IgM, suggesting pre-B-cell origin, and shows kappa light chain rearrangement

hematopoietic system
• young mice show a 2- to 4-fold decrease in the number of thymocytes

immune system
• young mice show a 2- to 4-fold decrease in the number of thymocytes
