N normal phenotype
reproductive system
• males show a small, but significant decrease in testis size relative to wild-type controls
• however, seminiferous tubule structure, sperm morphology and count, and average litter size of studs remain normal
• at 14 days of age, males exhibit a ~10% decrease in testis weight; this difference is maintained throughout puberty (30 days) to maturity (60 days)

endocrine/exocrine glands
• males show a small, but significant decrease in testis size relative to wild-type controls
• however, seminiferous tubule structure, sperm morphology and count, and average litter size of studs remain normal
• at 14 days of age, males exhibit a ~10% decrease in testis weight; this difference is maintained throughout puberty (30 days) to maturity (60 days)

hematopoietic system
N
• homozygotes show normal thymus structure, T-cell maturation, spleen development, and blood counts relative to wild-type controls

cellular
N
• primary MEFs derived from E13.5 embryos show no significant growth defects in the 3T3 proliferation assay
