• males show a larger increase in total distance traveled, counts, and transitions in locomotion after ketamine injection in all time blocks except for the first and last one than sibling controls, indicating increased and prolonged responses to ketamine
• females, but not males, show a lower preference for saccharin than control females
• mice show more immobility time in the tail suspension test, indicating behavioral despair
• mice exhibit higher startle with less variation between individuals

hematopoietic system
• incomplete penetrance, seen in 2 of 10 males
• 2 of 10 males show lower concentrations of hemoglobin, indicating different degrees of anemia
• increase in red blood cell distribution width

nervous system

• no gross anatomical abnormalities are seen in the brain
• mice exhibit enhanced prepulse inhibition (PPI), or impaired prepulse facilitation, when PPI is conducted with a short ISI at 25 ms
