• accelerated osteoblast-to-osteocyte transition in the femur
• enlarged skull at 11 weeks of age
• enlarged limb bones at 11 weeks of age
• enlarged lower limb bones at 11 weeks of age
• enlarged fibulae at 11 weeks of age
• enlarged tibiae at 11 weeks of age
• enlarged metatarsals at 11 weeks of age
• enlarged scapula at 11 weeks of age
• enlarged ribs at 11 weeks of age
• enlarged spine at 11 weeks of age
• increased DMP-1 (osteocyte marker) levels in femur, indicating an increase in bone mineral deposition and an acceleration of osteoblast-to-osteocyte transition
• average whole-body BMDs are increased by 8.9% at 11 weeks of age
