• dendritic arborizations are much simpler in layer II/III of the cerebral cortex at P90
• total dendritic length is decreased by 27.8% and secondary and tertiary branching levels are significantly reduced
• spine density is reduced by 15.6% on apical dendrites
• spine density in layer V/VI of the cortex is reduced at P42 and P90
• spine density in layer V/VI of the cortex remains relatively constant from P21 to P42 to P90 unlike in wild-type controls where spine density increases across these ages
