homeostasis/metabolism
N
• no significant changes in the abundance of any of the major lipid classes
• no change in glucose metabolism
• increase in 9-fatty acid esters of hydroxy fatty acids (9-FAHFAs) in brown and white adipose tissue
• increase in adipose tissue is similar to that seen in mice homozygous for Adtrpem1Sagh alone
• unlike single homozygous mice, 9-FAHFA levels are also increased in kidneys
• decrease in 9-palmitic acid hydroxy stearic acid hydrolysis in multiple tissues
• decrease is additive compared to single homozygous mice in the kidney and brown adipose tissue
