• Although this gene is expressed in Sertoli cells males assessed at 3 and 6 months of age are healthy and have normal fertility, the sex ratios of offspring from homozygotes (and from heterozygotes) is normal, the body size, testes weight, testes morphology, daily sperm production, average number of sperm resident within the epididymis, sperm motility and sperm morphology are all normal.
