• mice show decreased susceptibility to imiquimod-induced psoriasis, showing alleviation of psoriasis-like skin lesions, deceased inflammatory cells (CD45+ cells, Langerhans cells, gamma delta T cells, macrophages, and neutrophils) in the epidermis and dermis, and lower expression of cytokines IL-17a and IL-17f
