growth/size/body
• mice exhibit dwarfism from birth

endocrine/exocrine glands
• adult males, but not females, show increased thymus weight
• testes contain some degenerated seminiferous tubules lacking germ cells with retained Sertoli cells as well as some seminiferous tubules with germ cells
• vacuoles and clusters of cells are seen in some seminiferous tubules
• degenerated seminiferous tubules show collapse of microtubule architecture
• however, males are fertile
