• well-differentiated pancreatic cancer started by 24 weeks of age, mostly in the ventral and dorsolateral prostate lobes (not in the coagulation gland or seminal vesicles) and was detected in 40% of transgenic mice and by 32 weeks or later, pancreatic cancer was detected in 100% of mice
