neoplasm
• detected well-differentiated adenocarcinoma (prostate cancer) from 10 weeks of age and demonstrated a steadily prolonged cancer development, with a majority of well and moderately differentiated adenocarcinomas in almost all age groups
• starting from age of 52 weeks, all mutant mice synchronously developed visible cancer and after 90 weeks, a few mice developed large tumor with endoneurocrine cancinoma tumor foci characterized
• developed prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia immediately after puberty and saw prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia with microinvasion at 6-7 weeks in 69.9% of mutants
• by age of 70 weeks and over, metastases to outside prostate organ to liver and lung were found in several mutants

endocrine/exocrine glands
• enlarged dorsolateral prostate lobes at 52 weeks of age
• enlarged ventral prostate lobes at 52 weeks of age

immune system
• by 60 weeks of age, pelvic lymph nodes appeared as visible, enlarged glands
