mortality/aging
• female mice die at less than 4 months of age roughly 2 months after their first pregnancy

endocrine/exocrine glands
• involution is abolished and only a mild decrease in alveolar size is observed postparturition
• mice develop large mammary tumors with lung metastases in 2 of 7 mice regardless of pregnancy status and gender
• tumors are poorly differentiated with extensive hemorrhages, necrosis and codominant histology
• tumors are transplantable with shorter latency than tumors with only one of the transgenes expressing
• mice exhibit increased mammary gland hyperplasia compared to wild-type females or females carrying only one of the transgenes
• female mice do not lactate
