• mutants develop hepatocellular carcinoma, with small neoplastic nodules seen by 6 months of age and 64% of mutants showing hepatocellular carcinoma at 11-18 months of age
• overall incidence of hepatic tumors, including grossly identified hepatocellular carcinomas and small neoplastic nodules is 86% from 11-18 months of age

liver/biliary system
• non-neoplastic area of livers show small vacuoles in the cytoplasm and evidence of dysplasia, with mild to moderate pleomorphic nuclei and an increase in nuclear size with clumped chromatin
• mutants develop hepatocellular carcinoma, with small neoplastic nodules seen by 6 months of age and 64% of mutants showing hepatocellular carcinoma at 11-18 months of age
• overall incidence of hepatic tumors, including grossly identified hepatocellular carcinomas and small neoplastic nodules is 86% from 11-18 months of age
