neoplasm
• an additional 20% of mice develop splenic B-cell lymphoma/leukemia (SBCL/L) or another hematological malignancy such as histiocytic sarcoma
• 50% of mice develop B-cell lymphomas
• tumors from spleens show a mature B-cell immunophenotypic profile
• B-cell tumors are primarily of splenic origin with or without nodal involvement and are histologically lymphoproliferative disease (LPD), splenic marginal zone lymphoma (SMZL), and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
• an additional 20% of mice develop splenic B-cell lymphoma/leukemia (SBCL/L) or another hematological malignancy such as histiocytic sarcoma
• the lymphomas and lymphoproliferative disorder exhibit both germinal center and post/non-germinal center immunophenotypes
• an additional 20% of mice develop splenic B-cell lymphoma/leukemia (SBCL/L) or another hematological malignancy such as histiocytic sarcoma

mortality/aging
• by 21 months of age, only 48% of mice survive

hematopoietic system
• 18% of mice exhibit splenomegaly between 6 and 12 months of age
• abnormal B-cell expansion the spleen, indicating development of lymphoproliferative disorder
• splenic marginal zone abnormalities
• mice develop higher frequency of lymphoproliferations with age compared to controls, such that by 21 months of age, only 48% of mice survive compared to 95% survival in controls
• monoclonal expansions of B-cell proliferations in 2/3 of mice at 8 months of age
