TS17: trunk Present Regionally restricted 5c Inset Merge Sim1-Cre;Aki2fl/fl , 5c Pax3 Sim1-Cre;Aki2fl/fl A small population of Pax3-positive cells was found at the border to the limb bud, but none had entered the limb bud. Some of this population was also Casp3-positive.
