TS19: outflow tract endocardial cushion neural crest cell Present Regionally restricted 1D Conditional ablation of Twist1 produces abnormal cellular aggregates. Expression of Sox9 is abnormally absent from the aggregations, but is expressed normally within non-phenotypic cardiac neural crest cells.
