Glossary Term Allele Category
Definition A grouping of MGI allele types on the Phenotypes and Alleles Query Form. Some of the selections in the Categories section of the form invoke multiple allele types; for example, chemically induced, all invokes chemically induced (other), and chemically and radiation induced.
