In mice homozygous for both Myo5a^d and Mreg^dsu, expression of Myo5a^d is suppressed, and the coat color resembles that of non-dilute mice. Effects of the coat color mutation Rab27a^ash are also suppressed by Mreg^dsu, although the suppression is less complete.
