Compared with the 4 month old +/+ littermate (right), the Arsb^tm1Cptr/Arsb^tm1Cptr mouse (left) has multiple skeletal abnormalities including the skull, pelvis, long bones and ribs that are shortened and thickened, as well as persisting growth plates most noticable in the tail vertebrae.
