Caption Lighter colored ru2l/ru2l Tlr4Lps-d/Tlr4Lps-d upper with littermate control lower. Double homozygous mutant mice have dark eyes at weaning age, but become a lighter red color as mice age. These mice also have a light color coat and a pink colored tail.
