Although calcification is obvious in Von Kossa staining of Des^tm1Cap/Des^tm1Cap myocardium (n), there is less calcification of lesions in Des^tm1Cap/Des^tm1Cap Tg(Bcl2)BCap/Tg(Bcl2)BCap hearts (p).
