Nuclei of the granule cells are stained with Hoechst (blue). E: Calbindin immunoreactivities of Purkinje cells of P19 mice. Homozygous Purkinje cells showed immature dendrites, whereas heterozygous ones showed the mature dendrites like wild type ones. Calbindin is green, and Hoeshst is blue. Scale bars: A, 1mm; E, 25um.
