Immunofluorescence staining for heparan sulfate (HS) on E18.5 tissue sections from lung (A-D), liver (E-H) and kidney (I-L) of wild type (+/+, A,C,E,G,I and K) and Ndst1^tm1Ekf/Ndst1^tm1Ekf (-/-, B,D,F,H,J and L). The antibodies used were RB4CB9 (A,B,E,F,I and J) and HepSS-1 (C,D,G,H,K and L).
