Wild type (WT) and Ikbkb^tm1Mka/Ikbkb^tm1Mka (M) livers from E13.5 embryos were fixed and sectioned. Paraffin-embedded transverse sections at the area of the liver were subjected to hematoxylin and eosin. (top; original magnification: 400x) or TUNEL (bottom; original magnification: 600x) staining.
