Note the numerous perivascular cuffs and subpial infiltrates (arrows) as well as leukocytes disseminated in the white matter of wild-type mice (A), whereas merely fewer inflammatory infiltrates were found in Ccl2^tm1Rol/Ccl2^tm1Rol mice (B).
